Our camp is located in the region Chinandega in the north of Nicaragua, about three hours drive from the capital Managua. The camp base is situated on a promontory from which you can see the neighboring El Salvador on a clear day. The plot is located in a green oasis with a heavenly garden with various trees and tropical fruits. The bay below the camp offers perfect surfing conditions for beginners. On the south side of the camps are the best beach breaks of Nicaragua for advanced surfers.
The camp house has seven rooms. All rooms are furnished in the local Nicaraguan style and all have a private bathroom and air conditioning. In our camp we accommodate a maximum of 16 guests. The surf camp has a fully equipped kitchen where snacks and drinks are available at anytime.
The best surf spots in Nicaragua are easily accessible from the camp. Most waves breaking on sand, some left rolling point breaks are near the camp. Infront of the camp is an ideal bay for beginners. The best time for beginners is during the dry season from November to March. From April to October stronger swells bring bigger waves to the coast. The water is (26 ° - 30 °) warm and you surf all year in board shorts.

The Boom
The boom is one of the strongest beach breaks and is only about 10 minutes walk from the camp.
Aposentillo
This spot is ideal for beginners who are learning to surf the green wave. Only a few minutes walk along the beach from the camp to the spot.
The Island
About 10 minutes by boat to this rolling left point-break.
Jiquillo
This strong beach break, is in a sleepy fishing village about half an hour's drive north from the camp. The waves break on two sandbanks and offer the best conditions for beginners and advanced.
Nahualapa
Surfers of all levels find perfect conditions in this spectacular bay that gets constant swells and is located just a short drive from the camp base.
We offer you two course programs, which fits to both beginners and advanced surfers. This course packages includes anything. So you just have to come to Nicaragua, the rest we take care of:
1. Surf course, yoga und adventure-package
Learn to surf or improve your surfing skills during a surf course, relax your body during daily yoga sessions, experience the vibrant culture of Nicaragua and explore the unspoilt nature.
Included is this course: 7 nights at the Surf Camp including meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (local beer and rum), daily surf lessons and surfboard, spot transfers, daily yoga lessons, airport transfers, massage (1 hour), other activities as volcano boarding, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, various excursions for example to Leon.
The surf course is not limited in time. We comply with the Surf conditions and after you.

2. Surfguiding-package
This package is for those who have only one mission: to surf as much as possible. You surf every day with your professional guide selected surf spots, so you surf at the right spot at any time.
Included is this course: 7 nights at the Surf Camp including meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner) as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (local beer and rum), daily surf lessons and surfboard, spot transfers by boat or 4x4 Land Cruiser, airport transfers, massage (1 hour), other activities like volcano boarding, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, various excursions for example to Leon.

With the international flight you will arrive in Managua International Airport. The ride from the airport to the camp takes about 3 hours. The airport transfer is included in our package.
