Accommodation

Our cozy lodge is located in the heart of Kispiox Valley. You can choose between 8 different types of rooms. All are furnished with lots of local charm and flavor and provides something for everyone.

We offer 6 rooms, furnished with two double beds and a bathroom, ideal for families or friends who like to share the room. For a little more privacy you can also choose between two beautiful double rooms. A cozy lounge and dining room invites you to linger.

For an extraordinary experience, you can also stay in the Camp Base. Perfectly located the Camp can accommodate up to 10 person. The five warm and rustic tents are always for 2 person. Equipped with two large single beds which can be pushed together on request to form a double bed. A wool blanket and lots of pillows guarantee you warm and cozy nights. The sanitary facilities are shared. Two toilets and private shower with hot water as well as shampoo, conditioner and body shampoo. The spacious dining and living tent is perfect for lingering after a busy day. Chatting, playing or just enjoy the beautiful view.

For the daredevils, even more altitude can be driven. For this you will pay a surcharge of CHF but 115 / EUR 110 per 1,000 meters.

Lodge - Progamm

Day 1
The shuttle will pick you up at Hudson Bay Lodge in Smithers (flight to Smithers at eve necessary). The overnight in the Hudson Bay Lodge ist not included in the package (price per person/night approx. CAD 130). Small Snack and check-in.

Day 2
Breakfast at 08.00 clock then for 1/2-day training for avalanche / helicopter and security as well as ski / snowboard equipment adjustment or setting. In the afternoon, Heliboarding

Day 3-7
Warm-Up at 07.15 clock, then breakfast at 08.00 clock. The first heliboard session, lunch at the picnic-style between about 12.00 - 13.00 clock, another heliboard session. Dinner is served from 19:00 - 19.30 clock served.

Day 8
Breakfast at 06.00 clock, at 07.00 clock the shuttle brings you to the airport or your accommodation in Smithers.

The package starts on Friday at 19.00 / 19:30 clock and ends the following Friday. Please note that you should arrive one day before to the start of the package.

Base Camp-offer

• 6-day package, 6 nights in a double tent, incl. full board, even a small range of wines and beers are available (liqueurs and other alcohol drinks have to bring yourself)
• Transfer by shuttle bus and helicopter from Smithers airport to the Base Camp (and return)
• Unlimited skiing / snowboarding on the guaranteed 30,500 vertical meters (depending on weather and snow conditions)
• Small groups with a maximum of 5 people and professional guide

Base Camp - Programm

Day 1
Friday at 09.00 clock you will be pick up with the camp shuttel at Smithers Airport. Approximately at 12.00 you arrive at the Camp Base. After a briefing around the camp, the snow and the helicopter, you starts with your first heli- skii / board tour. Then a chilled dinner in the communal tent.

Day 2-6
On the following days you will have two heliboard sessions if the weather and snow conditions allow us to.

Day 7
Also on departure day you will have the opportunity to enjoy a last ride. After lunch our camp shuttel will bring you back to the airport Smithers or your accommodation in Smithers.
Around 16: 00- 17:00 you should arrive at your location.

The package starts on Friday at 09:00 and ends on the following Thursday. Please note that you should arrive one day before to the start of the package.
