The dreamy village Tibau do Sul is located in the north-easternmost federal state named Rio Grande do Sul, which means "big river of the north". The scenery in this area is dominated by sandy beaches and impressive sand dunes, as well as the typical coconut trees lagoons. The quaint fishing village is only about 10km from Pipa, a lively village with shops, supermarkets, internet cafés, restaurants and bars. The bustling town hosts many parties and concerts, and it's known for its laid-back social atmosphere. During the day, local busses will take you along the Atlantic coast to Pipa for a couple of Reais (local currency). You will pass by a couple of very impressive beaches, which also happen to be some top surf spots of the region.
You will be staying at the camp in a 5000 sqm tropical garden, which is located on top of a hill above the lagoon of Tibau do Sul. The beach is at about 1-2 minutes walking distance. In the main area of the camp, there's a pool deck and a restaurant with fresh buffet meals every day.
The camp offers three different accommodation possibilities: The social ones will love our dorms with a large terrace and hamocks to end a day at the beach. For a more private atmosphere, you can choose one of the 10 bungalows which are neatly positioned within the tropical garden. The bungalow chalets all come with patio, hammock, king-size bed, air conditioner, TV and refrigerator.
Our deluxe suites provide a luxurious feeling, offering not only TV, DVD player, veranda, king-size bed and air conditioner, but also a private jacuzzi with a stunning view over the lagoon and the sand dunes.
Between July and December, the relaxed fishing village turns into a kite mekka! Constant winds blow southeast and make the lagoon directly below the camp a perfect kite spot. Beginners, amateurs and pros will all find perfect conditions to enhance their skills. Flat water in the channel as well as sand banks and reef breaks with waves turn the spot into a playground for all levels.The kite spot is reachable by foot in about 1-2 minutes - just a stone throw away. The region offers plenty of activities on non-wind days (which are very seldom during the wind season): Within the region of Tibau do Sul, Pipa and Natal you can surf, SUP, horse-ride, paraglide and take a kayak for a spin.

Included in the package: 7 nights accommodation in the wind-sheltered camp with tropical garden, a freshly prepared rich breakfast, a kitecourse 10 hours on 3-4 days a week including material, spot and airport transfers.
2. Bed & breakfast
For an independant stay in our beautiful surfcamp - surfcourses / -guidings and other acivities can be booked spontainous. Included in the price: 7 nigths accommodation, daily a rich fresh breakfast buffet (all you can eat).
