Flights to Central Switzerland

Program

Helicopter flight
From Schattenhalb or Nessental the helicopter flies over the Gadmertal, past the Giglistock towards Sustenlimmi to the landing place midway through the glacier world of the Susten and Gwächtenhorns. The helicopter flight is already the first highlight of the day.

Board and ski route
From the Sustenlimmi pass past glaciers and rock faces down the Steinsee to Helilandeplatz at the Hotel Steingletscher. If you do not have enough of the beautiful snow-capped slopes, you can quickly get up from here.

Program

Helicopter flight
From Gsteigwiler and Männlichen the helicopter flies over the Grindelwald valley, past the notorious Eigerordwand and the steep rock faces of the Schreckhorn and Wetterhorn chain over the rugged glaciers. The helicopter flight is a first highlight of the day.
From Hori, Schattenhalb, we fly via Engelhorn, Rosenlaui and Wellhorn to Rosenegg. After this short, but exhilarating flight, we enjoy the magnificent view as well as the anticipation of the imminent descent.

Board and ski route
The challenging descent leads you first over a high plateau and then by wild glacier breaks on the Gauligletscher. From here you can reach the Urbach Valley and continue to Innertkirchen.

Alternative
In case of good snow conditions there is the possibility to reach Rosenlauig via Rosenlauigletscher. The descent is steep and spectacular.

From the Urbach Valley, from Innertkirchen or from Rosenlaui by taxi, minibus and / or train back to the starting point.

Accommodation options Bernese Oberland
If it is too short for an arrival on the same day, there are different accommodation possibilities, for example the Balmer's Hostel with very reasonable accommodation possibilities, this hostel is located not far from the heliport. An experienced skier or mountain guide will then show you the most beautiful powder slopes and lead you safely back into the valley.

Individually. The Heliort Gstaad-Grund is located on the main road Gstaad towards Gsteig, Col du Pillon.

Fuorcla Chamuotsch Heliskiing OFF SLOPE
