Chile's coast hit very constant swells all year round! Rain falls are very seldom and usually only in winter (May - August). The coast reaches over 4300 kilometers from South to North and wave periods from 15-20 seconds aren't seldom, what makes Chile to a true surfers paradise.
There is Mediterranean climate in central Chile. The best travel time is the Chilean summer from October - March with temperatures between 12 - 29°C with seldom rain.
Empanadas are the most famous fast food in Chile. This is a fried pastry filled with cheese, veggie, mushrooms or meat. Good Cevice, fresh fish and seafood is offered on every corner. As appetizer restaurant usually serve toasted bred with salted butter and pebble, a mix made with coriander, tomatoes and onions. Besides good wine of the region, pisco sour is a appreciated drink.
The hospitable Chilean people makes traveling very easy and pleasant, even in the water you are always welcome! The high security of the country makes the destination very attractive for traveling families too.
Accommodation for 7-days - Surf-& Roadtrip
1. + 2. night
Accommodation in a private room incl. breakfast in the Hostal Yemanya in Concon. The comfy hostel is only 5 minutes by foot from the beach break of Concon. From the terrace you've got a beautiful view over the bay for wave check and on clear days you can see the Cordillera of the Andes.
3. + 4. night
Accommodation in a shared room in the Hotel Surazo, directly in front of the main surfspot of Matanzas. The breakfast is included, in it's exclusive restaurant with direct view on the surf spot. On request and for a surcharge we can book a private room for you.
5. + 6. night
Accommodation in a shared room incl. breakfast at the Surfhostal at the surf spot Infernillo in Pichilemu. Enjoy it's privileged view over the ocean combined with good food at it's own restaurant the Puente Holendes.
Meals
During the surf tours breakfast is included. For lunch and dinner you can calculate with a budget of 5-15 EUR per meal, depending the standard.

Our local surf guides show, explain and surf with you the best waves in Central Chile incl. transfer with 4x4 offroader. For intermediate to advanced surfers. The tour is bookable for your group of 2 - 6 persons. Requirement: Your surf knowledge is as good, that you know to surf on your own and we recommend you to bring your own material. Per surf guide there are maximum 3 surfers, like that we can give you the best possible support in the water. The local surf guides know the waves of the region from longtime experience and bring you to the right time to the right spot for surfing.

We surf with you the best surf spots in the 5th and 6th Region of Chile, with 6 nights accommodation in selected hostels incl. Breakfast. Daily Surf Riding incl. Spot Transfer by 4x4 off-roader. All transfers included from / to Santiago de Chile, Matanzas or Concon Airport.
Programm
We pick you up at the airport in Santiago de Chile upon arrival and drive you directly to the beach. Check-in at Hostel Yemanya. If you like, you can go for your first evening surf at the beach break of Concon.
1. + 2. night
Accommodation in a private room incl. breakfast in the Hostal Yemanya in Concon. The comfy hostel is only 5 minutes by foot from the beach break of Concon. From the terrace you've got a beautiful view over the bay for wave check and on clear days you can see the Cordillera of the Andes.
Day 2
Morning surf session with the surf guides and 4x4 offroader transport to a surf spot in the Valparaiso region. If you like an afternoon visit to Valparaiso on your own (with local transport) or with the guide, the price is 15 EUR per person.
Day 3
Morning surf session at another surf spot in the Valparaiso region. After lunch we pick you up to travel to our next destination, Matanzas. On the way we can visit the organic winery Emiliana for a vine degustation, if you like (price is 25 EUR per person). Upon arrival in Matanzas, we check in at the Hotel Surazo.
3. + 4. night
Accommodation in a shared room in the Hotel Surazo, directly in front of the main surfspot of Matanzas. The breakfast is included, in it's exclusive restaurant with direct view on the surf spot. On request and for a surcharge we can book a private room for you.
Day 4
Morning Surfsession with our local surf guide incl. transfer to the surfspots. In the afternoon, you can choose your individual activity. For an extra fee, you can book after the surf sessions the following activities: yoga, massage, horse riding, tennis, sea-angling, windsurfing or a SUP tour around the seal's island in front of Matanzas. You will have dinner in Matanzas.
Day 5
In the morning you will surf and explore one of the numerous spots around Matanzas. After lunch, we pick u up at the hotel and continue our trip to Pichilemu. Check-in at the Pichilemu Surfhostal.
5. + 6. night
Accommodation in a shared room incl. breakfast at the Surfhostal at the surf spot Infernillo in Pichilemu. Enjoy it's privileged view over the ocean combined with good food at it's own restaurant the Puente Holendes.
Day 6
Surfing at the famous big wave spot and point break in Punta de Lobos. We stay at Punta de Lobos for the entire day and if you like, you can have another surf session in the afternoon on you own. In the evening, we'll bring you back to the Surfhostal in Pichilemu.
Day 7
Morning surf session in one of Pichilemu's surf spots. After lunch, you will be transported back to the airport in Santiago, Matanzas or Concon.

Travel dates
Dates are free choosable, if you are 2 - 6 persons. We pick you up at the airport and drive directly to the beach. Changes of the program are possible, depending the swell and conditions, we adapt our travel plan to the best possible surf conditions.
Requirements
Your surf knowledge is as good, that you know to surf on your own and you bring your own material. Jan - Mar: 4x3 wetsuit, the rest of year we recommend a 5x4 wetsuit, booties and a hood.
