Technique for the glacier and from the ski depot to the peak
In the heart of UNESCO World Heritage, around the Konkordiahut in the Bernese Alps, we will get you familiar with the right techniques for boardwalking on wonderful ascents and racy descents. We take a lot of time to practice the skills necessary for glacier climbing and ascent with crampons from the ski depot to the summit and to familiarize ourselves with the world of snowy glaciers.

Course target
Technology for boardwalking. Planning, route guidance, roping on the glacier, splitting and self-rescue, climbing and securing techniques from the ski depot to the summit. After this course, you are well equipped to travel safely on more demanding board hikes.

Program
In these four days, we are moving in the midst of the most powerful glacier world in Switzerland, where, after mid-March, there are usually excellent conditions for high-rides; The well-warded lodges and the many tour possibilities complement our wide training perfectly.

01. Day
Individual journey to the Jungfraujoch - departure to Konkordia hut - training for orientation, column rescue and self-ascension. In the evenings, we will take a look back at the day, deepen what we have learned and plan the next day's tour.

02. Day
Trugberg 3880m (3h) - Training for route selection, rappelling on glaciers and crampons.

03. Day
Kranzberg 3666m (3h) - Training for walking on the short rope - Descent to the Aletsch Glacier 2900m - Ascent to the Hollandia Hut 3240m (2h).

04. Day
Application tour Äbeniflue 3962m (3h) or Mittaghorn 3892m (3h) - racy departure to the Fafleralp in the Lötschental 1771m - Departure.

Requirements
Basic knowledge from board tours. You master the ascent in steep terrain. You get along with every snow. Endurance for day trips with up to 5 hours pure ascent time and up to 1200Hm. In some cases, the whole baggage is supported by different stages.

Small group with 4-6 guests.Included in the price is the whole planning and organization, overnight stay in the cottages in the camp with half board and tour, training and guided tour by dipl. Mountain guides, detailed teaching notes and CO2 compensation at myclimate.

Via Interlaken-Lauterbrunnen or via Interlaken-Grindelwald to the Kleine Scheidegg and further to the Jungfraujoch.

Avalanches intensive Course Engstligenalp

Dates: 06.01.2017 to 08.01.2017

Basis for independent assessment
On both evenings, the mountain guide will give you the theoretical basics of the avalanche and you will plan the tours together. During the day you are on the road. It is only in practice that the knowledge acquired becomes tangible and concrete. Terrain and snow must be analyzed and integrated into the decision-making process before key points.

Course target
You will learn the method of assessing the avalanche risk according to today's standard. Topics are tour planning with avalanche bulletin, 3x3 filter method, reduction method, pattern, technique and tactics on the way as well as avalanche rescue. The goal is that you can do boarding tours yourself or, if you are not so experienced, you can at least decide on the road.

Program
The beautiful Hochebene of the Engstligenalp high above Adelboden is well-known for its attractive ski touring in various expositions (for example Ammertenspitz 2613m, around Tschingellochtighorn about 2650m or Tierhörnli 2894m)!

01. Day
We take the cable car to the Engstligenalp in 1965m - a short descent to the Berghaus Bärtschi 1930m - room cover - exploration tour to collect the snow and terrain aspects relevant to the hazard assessment. In the evening, we deal with the theory (avalanches, avalanche-forming factors, danger levels, graphical reduction method).

02. Day
We take a training tour with as many decision points as possible, receive inputs to assess the avalanche danger and defensive behavior; On the way we are building an avalanche. In the evening theory: 3x3 method, pattern, tour planning, cases of good decisions on the road.

03. Day
We make another application tour where we deepen what we have learned and equip ourselves for independent tours; Then daily and price evaluation. Return by cable car to the valley.

Have already made board tours. You get along with every snow. Endurance for day trips with up to 4 hours of pure ascension.

Four-Day-Snowboard-Tour Splügen

Grisons delicacies not far from Italy
Splügen is located at 1,450 meters, at the foot of the two mountain passports San Bernardino and Splügen, offers a whole series of simple peaks, partly with elevations up to 1500 meters. The descents belong to one of the finest: regularly sloped slopes, on which we - good conditions and technique presupposed - lazy momentum of momentum! We stay at Hotel Bodenhaus.
