Learn kitesurfing on Morocco’s west coast, sleep in a homey surf-villa in a traditional Berber fishing village and enjoy diving in to a culture completely different to your everyday life. This is what you may expect during our 3-day kitesurf introduction course.
The coastline north of Agadir offers ideal kitesurf conditions from March to September. The wind is mainly on shore and the appropriate kite beaches are protected from strong wind gusts; enabling you an unforgettable kitesurf session in a safe environment!
The daily wind regime defines the suitable spot for kiting, taking you to different beaches along the coast. The further north direction Essaouira, the stronger the wind gets.
Upon request you also have the option for complementary activities such as surfing and stand up paddling.
Your homey accommodation is situated 15 kilometers north of Agadir in a traditional fishing village named Tamraght. It’s slightly up in the hills with a beautiful sea view overlooking Tamraght and the beaches.
The surf-villa offers a variation of rooms with private or shared bathroom, each room individually decorated and painted by a local artist.
It’s the perfect place to relax after kitesurfing, share your experience with other surfers, enjoy the breath-taking sunsets and watch the waves rolling in and out.
You can eat dinner at the Surf-Villa by placing your reservation in the morning. Or you might just as well enjoy going elsewhere and checking out the restaurants and snack bars in Tamraght, Taghazout or Agadir.
A nearby Hammam and the famous Agadir Souk (traditional market) are easy accessible by public transport and a great cultural experience.
On the beach you learn the basics of kitesurfing, which safety precautions are necessary and how to handle the wind regime. Once you can control the kite you learn to body drag through the water. In a next step you add the board and master the skills of beach start and then water start. The aim of the course is for you to a first glide along the water like a butterfly, experiencing the joy of pure freedom!
The course takes place in French and English and is conducted by Fayçal and his team. As former marine officer and qualified instructor, Fayçal knows the ocean and its behaviour like the back of his hand, making sure safety is the primary objective.

This package may also be booked for more than 4 nights giving you additional days to relax in a familiar atmosphere prior and after your kitesurf course.
Climate: The summer month can be very hot with temperatures up to 30° C. Water 18 – 22° C. During winter the temperatures are about 18 - 26° C and the water 17 - 22° C
Transfer: The transfer from/to Airport Agadir is included in the package

Visa: For entry, a passport is required is dated 6 months prior to the expiration date. There is no visa required.
