Members of the surfing world know all about Puerto Escondido, since almost every "new school" video shows tube rides from Puerto. With Sudden Rush, you have the opportunity to test this surf mecca yourself. Attention: You'll be impressed!
The four beach-breaks of the Playa Zicatela are a challenge for anybody, only the little locals have the ability to let this spot appear "simple". Our Camp, however, offers you the possibility to test more remote surfing spots as well. With the camp-owned GMC Suburban you are accompanied to spots located about 20 minutes north of Puerto. The panorama changes and the white beaches, the rather calm sea as well as the turtles and the funny dolphins invite you to surf and swim. An ideal place for surfing beginners too. Enjoy your time at one of the most spectacular locations in the surfing world!

Accommodation:
The camp-owned hotel is situated right next to the Playa Zicatela and managed by our Italian friends. Your room is decorated in Mexican style and has a private bathroom, mosquito net and air-conditioning. The second floor, which has the advantage of being in the shade, houses the camp-owned restaurant with its excellent Italian kitchen as well as the satellite-TV and offers a wonderful panorama of the Mexican pipe. Hammocks and a swimming pool offer a break between surf sessions. Half and full-board are available!

Surfing:
Directly in front of the hotel are the famous breaks of Puerto, which will certainly challenge you. The paddling alone is a strong-man act of the first order. But don't worry, there are lots of easier spots in the surrounding area. La Punta, for example, is a rather slow left breaking wave that can be reached by taxi within 3 minutes. The surfing course takes place from Monday to Friday, 2 hours a day. The equipment is at your disposal during and outside the lessons!

The camp price includes:
includes accommodation for 7 nights at the Papaya Surf, hearty breakfast, surfing course, surfing boards and equipment during and outside the lessons and transfers to the spots (5 days a week, 2 hours a day).
