Accommodation
The surf camp has 7 rooms. You can choose between single rooms and double rooms with double bed or single beds. Three of the rooms are air-conditioned.
Surf
Most surf breaks in Arugam Bay are all reachable within 20 to 30 minutes from the city. Every day you can surf a new surf spot! The fact that there are so many well-known surf spots is due to the determination, passion and dedication of the locals who are always looking for new unknown waves.

Surf course package
The surf course package includes 6 surf sessions. The surfing lessons take place at various surf spots in the Arugam Bay area. The surf equipment is included in the package for 7 days a week. In addition, a massage is included.
Balance-Package
With this package you will find the ideal balance between surfing and yoga. The package includes 6 surf sessions and 6 yoga sessions. The surfing lessons take place at various surf spots in the Arugam Bay area. The surf equipment is included in the package for 7 days a week. In addition, a massage included.

Arrival
Transfers
The easiest way to get from Colombo to Arugam Bay is by car/van. The journey takes about 8 hours, depending on traffic and time of day.

Local buses
Local buses from Colombo Main Bus Terminal depart regularly every hour. The price is Rs 400 – 600. It takes 10-12 hours, depending on the number of stops. There will be 1 or 2 layers.
Direct bus 98 runs twice a day from Colombo to Pottuvil at 5am and 8pm. The journey takes about 8 to 9 hours. Price is Rs 400 – 600. Colombo’s direct private AC bus departs daily at 20:00 from Maradana Zahira College car park (opposite Maradana Train Station) and arrives at Pottuvil Bus Station at around 3.45am. The price is Rs 1500, and if you have extra luggage, you will charge 500 extra. A tuk tuk from the bus station to Stardust costs about 300 rupees.
Domestic flights
Cinnamon Air offers regular flights to Batticaloa with a stopover in Sigiriya for USD 258 per person four times a week.
From Badulla or Ella to Arugam Bay
By private van from Badulla, 4-5 hours. The price will be USD 95
By private van from Ella 3-4 hours. The price will be USD 80
By bus to Pottuvil, 6 hours (sometimes 1 shift) and then 10 minutes by tuk tuk to Arugam Bay
Further information
Car rental: Rental cars are not recommended due to the traffic and the special driving style of the locals. Tuk tuks and taxis are very cheap and therefore the recommended means of transport.
