Surf
Whether beginner, advanced or pro, the numerous waves offer something for every surf level! In addition to the world-famous wave “Cloud 9” there are many other surf spots with reefbreaks, which invite you to surf. Our guiding/coaching team consists of experienced surfers (all locals) who are looking forward to helping you with your first attempts or in improving your surfing technique and style. By boat or by Habl Habl (local motorbike taxi) they will take you to the spots with the best waves and conditions. For advanced surfers, the best conditions are in the high season from October to January. In autumn there are also national surf contests, so the accommodations are very well booked at this time. Early booking is definitely recommended for this travel time.
Season
It can be surfed all year round, but the variety and size of the waves changes in the high and low season. During the high season (end of August to early January) the swells are usually more constant and larger, so that usually all surf spots are surfed. For the rest of the year you can still surf daily, but then the selection is limited to about 3-4 surf spots.
