Since over 10 years Sudden Rush campaigns strongly in the area of gliding sports “surf / kite/ wake / snowboard” and this way they bestow unforgettable experiences on their customers.

But the travel organizer Sudden Rush has also specialized in surf equipment of any kind. If surf boards, wet suits, lycras, shorts, slippers, surf books/guides, travel bags, wax, leashes, and board bags – anyone planning a surf trip can obtain the required goodies right away at the shop on Forchstrasse 226 in Zurich.

Matthias „Matze“ Drabe
Sudden Rush’s fullblooded surfer from Upper Bavaria - at least he grew up on a mountain above Munich. During instructive years on the island of Fuerteventura, a.o. also in regard to surf technical aspect, the "Bazi" fell in love with a Sudden Rush client and moved to Zurich. Since the summer 04 Matze works successfully for the board travel agency andd distributes his travel tips beyond the European surf community. By the way you also receive the professional consulting for the right surf equipment from this guy and he can also tell you which beer tastes best - probably nobody knows that any better than him!




Yvonne Gillieron
Our female reinforcement is at the same time the fledgling of the Sudden Rush team. Active since Spring 07 for our agency, the 22 year old has already visited some of our surf destinations. When it comes to languages she is very talented, therefore Yvonne has a.o. specialised in our language travel offers. At the same time Yvonne relieves us at the shop on Forchstrasse 226 and loves to do the consulting for our female clientele and anything that deals with the fashion world for ladies.




Jürg Eggenberger
As a person from the Rhine valley he really got lost at the end of the 90's in Zurich and was directly washed ashore at Sudden Rush in Sprinig 01 via the riff at Forchstrasse. In the year of the turning millenium today's managing director got in touch with surf sports and travelled since then to different countries and visited their surfbreaks. As a man from the mountains so to say Jürg is also concerned with Sudden Rush's winter programme, if it concerns waves in the ocean or powder on the hill - the main thing is to leave fine clean trails.
