PORTUGAL "portugal surfcamp ericeira" „Surfing is our focus“ says camp owner Martin Roll about his camp. And this is exactly the philosophy at the Portugal Surf Camp. The camp is near Ericeira, a former fishing village 30 kilometres north of Lisbon, well-known for breaks and good waves. The beautiful country camp area with a stylish furnished house, restaurant and bar, two swimming pools, a roofed chill zone and a large garden is unique in Europe with its comfort and all-round offer. From the camp we find on 5 days a week the best spots of the region. The proximity to Lisbon makes this location interesting for individuals who want to surf perfect waves during the day and explore the city in the evening. We are dealing here with SURFING, from surfers, for surfers … Accommodation The Camp base is located ten minutes walking distance from the beach. The camp covers an area of 5000 square meters with ten individually furnished houses. The facility with refurbished houses from 15th to the 19th century comprises also a restaurant with bar, a chill and BBQ area and cooking facilities. It is all surrounded by beautiful garden, where you can feel the love to detail and water at every corner. You will stay in houses with 2 - 6 people. At the restaurant you get cooked or grilled food – except one day per week. The price per three courses menue (starter, main course and desert, wine) is about EUR 10 - EUR 15 per meal every day every day. Surfing Ericeira is about surfing! Our surf guides will explore for and with you the perfect spot. 5 x 5 hours per week surf lessons in theory and practice (German/English), video analysis, all surf equipment (board and wetsuit). For beginners the surf course is obligatory, since we don’t rent surfboards to absolute beginners. All material is included in the surf course. SURF COURSE PACKAGE: The Surf Course Package includes 7 nights accommodation incl. breakfast with 5 h of instruction on 5 days. During the 2nd week the transfer to the beach, material and 2 x video coaching are included. Of course our guides will assist you, in case you have any questions. This package is our idea of a chilled and fulfilling surf vacation for beginners and intermediate surfers.
PRIVATE COACHING AND GUIDING Coaching and Guiding is intended for surfers who want to improve their skills quickly with a private coach. You may book this package by days or weeks. Attention: We do not offer this service to beginners, but to surfers who can at least surf safely in two directions (on a reef break). This offer can easily booked additionally to the accommodation price.
The airport transfers are extra!
To give you some flexibility we recommend that you rent a car. This independence is especially valuable for those who extend their stay by one or two weeks to look at the surrounding area, the capital and the surrounding spots. Bookable via Sudden Rush.
